By downloading, purchasing, or using any EG Creativity product, you agree to this Agreement.
Scope: This Agreement covers all EG Creativity product categories: Coloring Pages, Wall Art Prints, Greeting Cards, Cliparts, and AI Designs. Product-specific terms are noted where they differ.
Definitions
- Personal Use — Use by a single individual for non-commercial, private purposes within their own home or personal creative projects.
- Commercial Use — Any use connected to a business, trade, or profession, including products for sale, promotional materials, paid services, or Monetized Content.
- Monetized Content — Any content that generates revenue for the creator, directly or indirectly. This includes: ad-supported content (e.g. YouTube videos with ads enabled, blogs with display advertising), sponsored or paid-partnership content, digital products sold for payment (e-books, courses, printables), paid subscriptions or memberships (Patreon, paid newsletters), and affiliate-driven content built around the artwork. Content doesn’t need to be sold directly to count as monetized — ad revenue or a brand deal is enough, even if the content itself is free to the audience.
- Audience — Your combined reach across every platform and channel where the product will be used (e.g. Instagram followers + YouTube subscribers + email list), not just the platform where it’s first posted.
- Derivative Work — Any creation that incorporates, is based upon, or is substantially similar to a Digital Product, including colored versions of coloring pages, printed reproductions, edited artwork, and composite works.
- Digital Product — Any downloadable file or listing sold or distributed by EG Creativity, including coloring page PDFs, wall art print files, greeting card templates, clipart files, and AI Design files. A Digital Product may be a single item or a bundle containing multiple pieces of artwork sold as one listing (e.g. a 10-page coloring book).
- Physical Unit — One physical copy produced from a single piece of artwork (e.g. one printed card, one mug, one t-shirt). The club’s 500-unit cap is counted per individual artwork, not combined across a whole product line.

How Small Creator applies to products
Small Creator is licensed per purchase, not per individual piece of artwork. If you buy the commercial add-on on a bundle listing (e.g. a 10-page coloring book), it covers every design included in that bundle for one $19.99 charge — you don’t need to buy it 10 times. Buying it on a single-design listing covers just that one piece of artwork.
How the Club works
- Your subscription covers every eligible product in the catalog for as long as it’s active, including anything released after you subscribe.
- If you cancel: anything already produced, published, or listed for sale while subscribed can keep being sold — you don’t have to pull existing inventory. You can’t create new commercial output from the catalog after cancellation unless you resubscribe or buy a Small Creator license for that specific product.
- A small number of limited-edition or collaboration products are excluded from the Club and always require separate arrangements—these are marked individually.
- The 500-unit merchandise cap applies per artwork, not as a combined total across your product line.
Need more than Club covers?
Unlimited print runs, broadcast/TV/film use, product packaging, or white-label resale fall outside both self-serve tiers and require a custom Enterprise agreement. Email admin@egcreativity.art with your intended use — these are priced individually and confirmed in writing.
Licensing Questions
Is EG Creativity art free to use?
Yes, for personal use only. Every download includes a free Personal Use License covering home printing, gifting, and non-monetized personal social media posts (with credit). Any use connected to a business, sale, or monetized content requires either a Small Creator or Club license.
What’s the difference between Small Creator and Club?
Small Creator is a one-time $19.99 purchase covering a single product (or, if it’s a bundle listing, everything in that bundle) for non-monetized use with a small audience (blogs, social, YouTube, up to 10,000 reach). Club is a $49/month subscription covering the entire catalog, unlimited audience, monetized content, and physical merchandise up to 500 units per artwork. If you need multiple separate products, monetize your content, or want to sell physical products, Club is the option — Small Creator won’t cover those.
If I buy Small Creator on a bundle, does it cover every design in the bundle?
Yes. Small Creator is licensed per purchase, not per individual piece of artwork. A single $19.99 add-on on a bundle listing — like a 10-page coloring book — covers all the artwork included in that bundle. It does not extend to other products outside that specific listing.
Are there printable activity packs licensed for classroom or homeschool use, not just personal use?
Yes — Our bundles include a classroom/homeschool license covering up to 30 students/teachers.
Can I sell a coloring page after I’ve colored it in?
Not under Personal Use. Selling a colored version requires a commercial license — Small Creator if it’s a one-off, non-monetized use of a single product, or Club if you’re selling regularly, monetizing the content, or using multiple products.
Can I use this artwork on my Etsy or print-on-demand shop?
You need a Club subscription. It’s the only tier that covers physical merchandise and print-on-demand platforms like Etsy, Redbubble, Society6, and Printful, up to 500 physical units per artwork. Small Creator doesn’t include any physical production.
I have a small blog or Instagram with under 10,000 followers — what do I need?
If your content isn’t monetized, Small Creator ($19.99/product) covers it — blogs, YouTube, podcast artwork, and social content for creators with a combined audience up to 10,000, with credit given (“Art by EG Creativity / egcreativity.art”). The moment your content is monetized (ads, sponsorships, paid products), you need Club instead.
My content is monetized (ads, sponsorships, paid newsletter) — does Small Creator cover that?
No. Small Creator is for non-monetized use only, regardless of audience size. Any monetized content — ad-supported videos, paid newsletters, sponsored posts, paid digital products — requires a Club subscription.
Can I use a clipart design in Canva templates or digital products I sell?
Not under Personal Use, and not under Small Creator either, since that’s monetized commercial output. You’ll need a Club subscription, which covers digital products for sale as well as physical merchandise.
Can a teacher print these for their class?
Yes, for free, under the One Class License — an extension of Personal Use built for teachers, tutors, therapists, and workshop facilitators. It covers up to 30 printed copies for one class or group per session. It doesn’t require Small Creator or Club, and it doesn’t extend to multiple classes or school-wide use — for that, see below.
Can I use the same product across multiple classes or an entire school year?
The One Class License only covers a single group of up to 30 people, once. Reusing products across multiple classes, terms, or school-wide requires a Club subscription. For published, sold educational workbooks or teaching packs, contact us about an Enterprise agreement.
Can I sell printed wall art or greeting cards?
Not under Personal Use or Small Creator. Selling physical prints or cards requires a Club subscription, which covers physical production up to 500 units per artwork.
Do I need to credit EG Creativity?
Yes for Personal Use, the One Class License, and Small Creator — credit “Art by EG Creativity / egcreativity.art” is required. Attribution is optional (though appreciated) under Club.
Can I use this art to train an AI model or as input for AI generation?
No, under any license, with no exceptions. Using EG Creativity artwork as training data, fine-tuning material, or AI input is prohibited across Personal Use, Small Creator, and Club — this restriction isn’t liftable by upgrading tiers.
Can I use this artwork in an NFT?
No. NFT, blockchain, and crypto-collectible use is prohibited across every license, including Club and Enterprise agreements.
What happens if I use it commercially without a license?
It constitutes copyright infringement. EG Creativity can terminate any granted license without refund for breach and typically requests that you stop using it and offers a license upgrade before pursuing further action — contact admin@egcreativity.art first if you’re unsure whether your use requires a license.
I use a lot of different products — do I have to buy a separate license for each one?
No — that’s exactly what Club is for. Instead of buying Small Creator licenses one at a time, a single Club subscription ($49/month or $499/year) covers the whole catalog, including new releases, for as long as you’re subscribed.
What happens to my products if I cancel my Club subscription?
Anything you already produced, published, or listed for sale while subscribed can keep being sold — you don’t have to pull existing inventory. You can’t create new commercial output using catalog artwork after cancellation unless you resubscribe or buy a Small Creator license for that specific product.
Does Club include everything in the catalog?
Nearly all of it. A small number of limited-edition or collaboration products are excluded and marked individually — those require a separate Enterprise arrangement regardless of subscription status.
Can I use AI Designs (the character/AI-assisted artwork line) differently from Coloring Pages or Wall Art?
The same two-tier structure applies — Small Creator for one-off, non-monetized, single-product use, Club for monetized, multi-product, or merchandise use. Like all products, AI Designs can never be used as AI training input, and buyers may never claim authorship of them.
Does purchasing a license give me copyright ownership?
No. Every license — Personal Use, Small Creator, Club, or Enterprise — grants usage rights only. EG Creativity retains full copyright and may continue to sell, license, or modify the artwork regardless of licenses already granted.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong license?
Digital downloads are final sale once downloaded, except where required by consumer law. If you purchased the wrong option, contact admin@egcreativity.art — EG Creativity generally prefers offering a license upgrade or subscription switch over a refund or dispute.

Email admin@egcreativity.art with a description of your intended use — response time is typically within 2 business days. This is faster and safer than guessing, since using artwork commercially without the right license is treated as copyright infringement regardless of intent.
