By downloading, purchasing, or using any EG Creativity product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please read it carefully before use.

Scope: This Agreement covers all EG Creativity product categories: Coloring Pages, Wall Art Prints, Greeting Cards, and AI Designs. Product-specific terms are noted where they differ.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• “Digital Product” means any downloadable file sold or distributed by EG Creativity, including coloring page PDFs, wall art print files, greeting card templates, and AI character design files.
• “Personal Use” means use by a single individual for non-commercial, private purposes within their own home or personal creative projects.
• “Commercial Use” means any use connected to a business, trade, or profession, including use in products for sale, promotional materials, paid services, or monetized content.
• “Derivative Work” means any creation that incorporates, is based upon, or is substantially similar to a Digital Product, including colored versions of coloring pages, printed reproductions, edited designs, and composite works.
• “Resale” means selling, licensing, or otherwise transferring a Digital Product or Derivative Work to a third party in exchange for payment or other consideration.
• “Print Run” means the total number of physical copies produced from a single Digital Product.

2. License Tiers Overview

EG Creativity offers five license tiers. Your rights depend on the tier associated with your purchase. The Personal Use license is included with every download at no additional cost. Commercial licenses must be purchased separately.

Audience size refers to your total combined reach across all platforms and channels where the design will be used. If in doubt, contact us before purchase.

3. Personal Use License

The Personal Use License is granted automatically upon purchase or download of any EG Creativity Digital Product. No additional purchase is required.

3.1 Permitted Uses

• ✔ Print the Digital Product for personal display in your home, personal workspace, or as a gift to friends and family.
• ✔ Color, annotate, or otherwise engage with Coloring Pages for personal enjoyment.
• ✔ Use Wall Art prints as personal desktop or device wallpaper.
• ✔ Print and send Greeting Cards to personal contacts.
• ✔ Share a low-resolution preview or photo of the artwork on personal social media accounts, provided clear credit is given: “Art by EG Creativity / egcreativity.art”.
• ✔ Use AI Designs as personal avatars or profile images on non-monetized personal accounts.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

• ✘ Selling, reselling, or distributing the Digital Product or any Derivative Work for payment or commercial benefit.
• ✘ Using the artwork in any commercial product, paid service, advertisement, or promotion.
• ✘ Printing and selling physical copies of Wall Art, Greeting Cards, or any other product.
• ✘ Publishing or distributing the Digital Product in any form to third parties beyond personal gifting.
• ✘ Using the artwork in NFTs, blockchain tokens, or as inputs to AI training datasets.
• ✘ Removing, altering, or obscuring any artist credit, watermark, or copyright notice.
• ✘ Claiming the artwork as your own original creation.

3B. One Class License — Teacher & Educator Use

The One Class License is an extension of the Personal Use License, available at no additional cost. It is designed for teachers, tutors, therapists, and workshop facilitators who wish to print and distribute EG Creativity artwork to a single class or group.

The One Class License covers a single group of up to 30 participants in one session or ongoing class. It does not extend to multiple classes, multiple teachers, or school-wide distribution.

Who Qualifies

• ✔ Classroom teachers printing for one class of up to 30 students.
• ✔ Private tutors printing for their own students (up to 30 per session).
• ✔ Art therapists or occupational therapists printing for one patient group.
• ✔ Workshop or craft class facilitators running a single non-commercial session.
• ✔ Homeschool parents printing for their own children.
• ✘ Schools, institutions, or organizations distributing to multiple classes or teachers.
• ✘ After-school programs, clubs, or recurring paid workshops with changing participants.

3B.1 Permitted Uses

• ✔ Print up to 30 copies of a single design for distribution to one class or group.
• ✔ Use printed copies in a single classroom session, lesson plan, or therapy session.
• ✔ Display a digital version of the artwork on a classroom screen or projector during the session.
• ✔ Allow students or participants to take printed copies home for personal use.
• ✔ Use Coloring Pages as a classroom activity, therapeutic exercise, or creative prompt.
• ✔ Use Wall Art prints as a visual reference, mood board, or display in a single classroom.
• ✔ Use Greeting Card designs as a craft activity where students create cards for personal gifting.
• ✔ Include printed copies in a student portfolio or take-home pack at no cost to students.

3B.2 Prohibited Uses

• ✘ Charging students, parents, or participants for printed copies of the artwork.
• ✘ Distributing the digital file to students, parents, or any third party.
• ✘ Using the same design across multiple classes, year groups, or academic terms without purchasing additional licenses.
• ✘ Uploading the artwork to a school intranet, virtual learning environment (VLE), or shared drive accessible to more than 30 people.
• ✘ Using the artwork in school publications, newsletters, websites, or social media without credit.
• ✘ Reproducing the artwork in workbooks, handouts, or teaching materials that are sold or distributed beyond the single class.
• ✘ Using the same license for substitute teachers, teaching assistants, or other staff members running separate sessions.

3B.3 Attribution for Classroom Use

When displaying EG Creativity artwork in a classroom setting, please include the following credit where reasonably practical:

“Art by EG Creativity / egcreativity.art — used with permission under One Class License”

Attribution is not required on individual student copies, but is appreciated on any teacher-facing material, such as lesson plans or display boards.

3B.4 Scaling Up

If you need to use EG Creativity designs across multiple classes, school-wide, or in paid educational products:

We are happy to discuss custom educational licensing arrangements for schools, tutoring centers, and therapy practices. Please reach out before use, and we will find a fair solution.

4. Commercial Use License

A Commercial Use License extends your rights beyond personal use. The appropriate tier must be purchased before any commercial use begins. Using EG Creativity artwork for commercial purposes without a valid license constitutes copyright infringement.

4.1 Small Creator License

For independent creators, bloggers, educators, and social media users with a combined audience of up to 10,000.

• ✔ Use designs in blog posts, YouTube videos, podcast artwork, and social media content.
• ✔ Include designs in free digital products (e-books, guides, templates) distributed to your audience.
• ✔ Use in non-monetized online courses or educational content.
• ✔ Attribution required in all uses: “Art by EG Creativity / egcreativity.art”
• ✘ Use in paid products, monetized content, or for audiences exceeding 10,000.
• ✘ Physical merchandise or print production of any kind.

4.2 Standard Commercial License

For small businesses, content creators, and professionals with a combined audience of up to 50,000.

• ✔ All Small Creator permitted uses, plus:
• ✔ Use in paid digital products: e-books, online courses, paid newsletters, digital templates.
• ✔ Use in monetized YouTube, social media, or streaming content.
• ✔ Use in business presentations, pitch decks, and internal communications.
• ✔ Attribution appreciated but not required.
• ✘ Physical merchandise, print advertising, or use for audiences exceeding 50,000.

4.3 Extended Commercial License

For businesses, agencies, and product creators requiring broader reach and physical production rights.

• ✔ All Standard Commercial permitted uses, plus:
• ✔ Use in mobile apps, video games, and interactive digital products.
• ✔ Physical merchandise production up to 500 units per product (t-shirts, mugs, bags, stationery, etc.).
• ✔ Use in digital advertising campaigns with unlimited audience reach.
• ✔ Greeting Card production up to 500 units per design for commercial sale.
• ✘ Production exceeding 500 physical units — requires Full Commercial License.
• ✘ Broadcast media, packaging, or white-label use.

4.4 Full Commercial License

For large businesses, publishers, agencies, and broadcast media. Terms are agreed in writing between EG Creativity and the Licensee.

• ✔ Unlimited print runs and physical production.
• ✔ Use in broadcast media, television, film, and streaming productions.
• ✔ Product packaging and point-of-sale materials.
• ✔ White-label licensing for resale under the Licensee’s own brand (by separate written agreement).
• ✘ Sublicensing to third parties without written consent from EG Creativity.
• ✘ Transfer of copyright ownership (this license grants usage rights only).

5. Product-Specific Terms

5.1 Coloring Pages

• ✔ Personal licensees may color and share completed artwork on personal social media with credit.
• ✔ Commercial licensees may use completed colored versions in the scope of their license tier.
• ✘ Selling the uncolored line art file itself or distributing it freely online is prohibited across all tiers.
• ✘ Including coloring pages in a paid coloring book or class requires Extended Commercial or above.

5.2 Wall Art Prints

Files are delivered as high-resolution JPG or PDF (minimum 300 DPI), suitable for printing up to A1/24×36 inches.

• ✔ Personal licensees may print one copy per purchase for their own display.
• ✔ Gifting a single printed copy to one person is permitted under Personal Use.
• ✘ Selling printed copies requires an Extended Commercial License or above.
• ✘ Print-on-demand sales (via Redbubble, Society6, Etsy, Printful, etc.) require an Extended Commercial License.

5.3 Greeting Cards

Files are delivered as print-ready PDFs, sized for standard card formats.

• ✔ Personal licensees may print and send cards to personal contacts without limit.
• ✔ Digitally distributing card files (e-cards) for free personal use is permitted with credit.
• ✘ Printing cards for sale, corporate gifting, or event distribution requires Extended Commercial or above.
• ✘ Selling e-card files or templates to others is prohibited without a Full Commercial License.

5.4 AI Designs

AI Designs are original artworks created using AI-assisted tools and curated, directed, and refined by EG Creativity. All copyright in these works is claimed by EG Creativity.

• ✔ AI Designs may be used in games, apps, and digital products under the Extended Commercial License or above.
• ✔ Modification of AI Designs for commercial use requires a Standard Commercial License or above.
• ✘ Character designs may not be used as inputs, training data, or fine-tuning material for any AI system under any license tier.
• ✘ Buyers may not claim to be the creator or copyright holder of AI Designs.

6. Prohibited Uses — All License Tiers

Regardless of license tier purchased, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using any EG Creativity artwork in NFTs, blockchain tokens, crypto projects, or digital collectibles of any kind.
• Using any EG Creativity artwork as training data, fine-tuning data, or input material for any AI or machine learning system.
• Incorporating any EG Creativity artwork into a logo, trademark, or service mark.
• Using artwork in content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
• Sublicensing, selling, or transferring your license rights to any third party without written consent from EG Creativity.
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright notice, watermark, or artist attribution embedded in or associated with a Digital Product.
• Claiming authorship, original creation, or copyright ownership of any EG Creativity Digital Product or Derivative Work.
• Using artwork in political campaigns, propaganda, or materials that could associate EG Creativity with a political position.
• Reselling or redistributing the raw Digital Product files, whether free or paid, in any format or platform.

7. Ownership & Copyright

All Digital Products sold by EG Creativity remain the exclusive intellectual property of EG Creativity. Purchase of a Digital Product or license grants you usage rights only — it does not transfer copyright, ownership, or any other intellectual property right to you.

EG Creativity retains the right to continue selling, displaying, licensing, and modifying all Digital Products regardless of any licenses already granted.

Where Digital Products incorporate AI-assisted generation, EG Creativity asserts copyright over the final curated, directed, and refined works as original artistic expressions.

8. Attribution

When attribution is given, it must be accurate and must not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with EG Creativity beyond what is stated in this Agreement.

9. Termination

EG Creativity reserves the right to terminate any license immediately and without refund if:

• The Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement.
• The Licensee uses EG Creativity artwork in a manner that damages the reputation or interests of EG Creativity.
• The Licensee disputes EG Creativity’s copyright ownership through legal or public channels in bad faith.

Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the licensed artwork, delete all copies of the Digital Product from their systems, and remove any published uses of the artwork.

10. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

EG Creativity warrants that it has the right to license the Digital Products sold on egcreativity.art and that such products do not, to the best of its knowledge, infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Digital Products are provided “as is” without warranty as to their fitness for any particular purpose beyond their described use. EG Creativity makes no guarantee that Digital Products will meet every technical requirement of the Licensee’s intended platform or print provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EG Creativity’s total liability to any Licensee shall not exceed the amount paid by that Licensee for the relevant Digital Product or license.

EG Creativity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Digital Products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

11. Refunds & Disputes

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a Digital Product has been downloaded. Refunds are not available except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted file, missing file, incorrect file delivered), please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

For licensing disputes or questions about permitted use, please contact us before taking any action — we are happy to clarify and, where appropriate, offer a license upgrade rather than pursue legal remedies.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by applicable international copyright law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which EG Creativity operates. Any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute by email before initiating formal legal proceedings.

13. Amendments

EG Creativity reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your license. Material changes will be communicated via egcreativity.art. Continued use of purchased products after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
