EG Creativity Art provides digital downloadable products, including but not limited to:

  • Free printable sample coloring pages and educational resources

All products are delivered as digital downloads in PDF, PNG, or other specified digital formats.

No physical products are shipped.

3. Account Registration and Security

To purchase products or access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

4.2 Payment Authorization

4.3 Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, purchased products will be available for immediate download through:

  • Your account dashboard (if applicable)

  • Download links provided via email

4.4 Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are generally final.

However, we may provide refunds, replacements, or store credit at our sole discretion in cases involving:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Corrupted or inaccessible files

  • Technical delivery issues that cannot be resolved

5. License and Permitted Use

5.1 Personal Use License

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may:

  • Give completed physical artwork as gifts

5.2 Classroom License

A single purchase grants one teacher or educator a non-exclusive, non-transferable classroom license.

You may:

  • Print copies for students within your own classroom

  • Use materials during lessons, activities, and educational programs

  • Display printed or projected versions for instructional purposes

You may not:

  • Share digital files with other teachers, schools, staff members, or parents

  • Upload files to shared drives, public websites, learning platforms, or school networks

  • Use files across multiple classrooms operated by different teachers

  • Sell, rent, or charge for access to the materials

  • Use materials for commercial purposes

5.3 Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

  • Share, distribute, gift, or transfer digital files

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any product

  • Upload files to print-on-demand platforms

  • Use artwork in commercial products or services

  • Claim our artwork as your own

  • Modify and redistribute files

  • Include our files in digital bundles, memberships, marketplaces, or resource libraries

5.4 Institutional and Commercial Licensing

Organizations, therapy practices, senior centers, educational institutions, community programs, and commercial entities requiring broader usage rights must obtain an appropriate institutional license from EG Creativity Art.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, artwork, digital downloads, software, and product designs, is owned by EG Creativity Art or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through any purchase.

Except as expressly permitted under the applicable license, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. Free Content and Newsletter Subscriptions

When you sign up to receive free resources or downloads, you agree to:
