At EG Creativity Art, every product is a digital file delivered instantly after purchase. Because these files can be downloaded and used immediately, we can’t offer refunds for a change of mind once a download link has been accessed.

That said, we want you to be happy with what you buy. If something’s genuinely wrong on our end, reach out, and we’ll make it right.

When We’ll Help

We’ll gladly offer a replacement file, a fix, or — where appropriate — a refund if:

• Your file is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t open
• You received the wrong product
• The download link failed, and support wasn’t able to resolve it
• The product doesn’t match its description in a meaningful way

When We Can’t Offer a Refund

• You purchased the wrong item by mistake and no longer want it
• You don’t have the software or printer needed to use the file
• The design didn’t suit your taste once you saw it printed
