4. Purchases and Payment

4.3 Instant Download: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased digital products via email and your account dashboard.

• Claim the original artwork as your own creation
• Use the designs for print-on-demand services
• Modify the files and distribute or sell them as your own work

5.3 Institutional/Commercial Use: If you wish to use our coloring pages in therapy practices, classrooms, senior centers, or other professional/commercial settings beyond small-scale personal client use, please contact us regarding institutional licensing options.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of EG Creativity Art or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
