No Refunds Policy

At EG Creativity, all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and the instant access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services.

Digital Products

Once a digital product (including but not limited to digital downloads, printable art, design files, templates, and digital artwork) has been purchased and the download link has been provided or accessed, the sale is considered complete and final. Because digital files cannot be “returned” once downloaded, we cannot offer refunds.

Custom and Commissioned Work

Custom artwork and commissioned pieces are also non-refundable once work has begun. We encourage clients to review project details, previews, and mockups carefully before approval. Any significant changes requested after project approval may require additional payment.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase due to an error on our end, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We will work to resolve the technical issue, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
