LICENSE GRANT

This Commercial License Agreement (“License”) grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) the right to use printable digital products purchased from EG Creativity (“Licensor”) for commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Effective Date: Date of Purchase
License Type: Non-Exclusive Commercial Use

PERMITTED USES

The Licensee is granted permission to:

Print and Sell Physical Products
- Print the digital files and sell the physical printed items
- Use the printables in products sold to end customers
- Create physical products for resale in retail locations, online shops, craft fairs, and markets
Small Business Applications
- Use in print shops, copy centers, and printing services
- Include in customer orders and custom projects
- Incorporate into commercial product offerings
Marketing and Display
- Display printed products in portfolios, shops, and promotional materials
- Photograph finished products for marketing purposes

RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee may NOT:

Resell or Redistribute Digital Files
- Resell, share, trade, or give away the original digital files
- Include digital files in digital product bundles or collections
- Upload files to print-on-demand services where customers receive the digital file
- Share access to the files with other businesses or individuals
Claim Ownership
- Claim original ownership or authorship of the designs
- Register the designs as trademarks or copyrights
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
Mass Production Limitations
- Produce more than 500 physical units of any single design without purchasing an extended license
- License or sublicense the designs to third parties
Prohibited Uses
- Use the designs in ways that are defamatory, obscene, or illegal
- Use in association with adult content, hate speech, or discriminatory materials

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

All designs remain the intellectual property of EG Creativity
This license does not transfer ownership of the artwork
Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with the Licensor
The Licensee receives only the usage rights specified in this agreement

ATTRIBUTION

While not required, attribution is appreciated:

“Design by EG Creativity – egcreativity.art”

LICENSE TRANSFER

This license is:

Non-transferable between businesses or individuals
Valid only for the original purchaser
Not valid for resale or gifting of license rights

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The printables are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of these files.

TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. The license will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must:

Cease all use of the printable designs
Destroy all copies of the digital files
Discontinue selling any physical products featuring the designs

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.
